Seems this tread might not be used so much, because in our economic situation everyone need to keep head above water. May be, when there is enough people on the forum it will be easier, and can we even auction something you want to get rid of, or have a forum end of year function where you can bring one or two things for sale.

This end of the year thingy of you, Kallie, is now stuck in my mind. This could turn out to be some kind of lekka get together and perhaps even an "open mike" kind of thing where we as clowns can just jam and spend some time on stage to share and showcase some talent and have this auction of props and whatever. Almost like a mini convention. Perhaps the Annual Clown Forum Jam.

Only ptoblem is. If this will be on a weekend day some my not be able to turn up, or you will lose some money.
On a Monday or Tuesday might have to be the in-thing. There might be a possibilty of sponsers if it happen over a weekend say at some Mall etc. with charity groups involved. Now if it is a Jam, cool, but we can't auction or sell the props to the puplic, so there have to be a time to get together for that if it happen, may be after hours etc.

OK, seems that we first need to find one or two possible dates, then a suitable venue and audience and then start working at trying to get as much as possible clowns involved with this. Then perhaps try to put together some ideas to create some sort of program. Maybe something like an informal type of lecture or two, or a demonstration, then maybe a little parade and then open stage/open mike.
Come on let's get our clown brains working here!

As soon as enough entertainers use the forum on a reguraly basis we will know it will be ready to start any type of get together.
