It's not about what you do but rather HOW you do it. When I was at Clown Camp 2008 one of my friends, Lee "Juggles" Mullally did THE funniest 3 ball juggling routine that I have seen. I liked this routine so much that I didn't even take some photos cause I was having to much fun watching him.
I wrote to him earlier this year and asked him about the routine. He was so kind that he mailed me the routine and said I must use it, it was also published in the World Clown Association's magazine, "Clowning Around" some months ago so he said the routine is "public domain", go ahead and use it.
I will try it out at a school show early in September.

Have been spending some time in the afternoons, 20 to 30 minutes to try and jack up my juggling a little bit. Working on rings and plate spinning, but this afternoon I realized that I have once again fallen into the "lazy, sorry, looking for an excuse why not" habit of keeping up with my practise sessions. So as from tomorrow I will be playing with my balls again, and my rings, and my clubs and so on.

Hi Folks !!
Since Juggling is one of my main skills I should comment!! I suggest you all stop right now!! You will go mad! .......Ok so you are all still here, well then the there is good an bad news...bad news first. Practise ,practise .practise. Good news its gets easier the more you practise.

Make practise session a show ( you wouldnt miss a show would you?) try and make it a same time every day ,like people who go a gym after work. We dont work so have to make a set time!! Practise with a set trick or purpose in mind not just throwing the stuff around. Practise mulitple tricks togther to make a mini routine, practise these mini routines untill perfect ( 95% or more because when you first perfom them your confidence is lower and will drop the percentage to 70% or so) Practise untill arms are tired then stop. If you are really serious go to gym and build strength in arms. Half the time your dropping is because of weak muscles especially with large numbers ( 5 or 7)
Practise 4 balls or 5 balls over a bed ,less bending down.
Rings must be done inside.

If you are first starting count your throws so you have a record of how good you are getting.
Sometimes leaving the routine when stuck and go onto something else will help the subconcious intergrate the tricks.
My juggling has taking me around the world and is intergral part of my shows eeven today in my corporate work, take it from me its worth the effort and puts you one ahead of the compititon.
Bubbels I would love to get a copy of that routine, any chance of that??
